Shipp Shuttles is a passenger transportation company that strives to provide their customers with clean, safe, and convenient transportation services ranging from airport transports, work and school, and event pick up and drop offs just to name a few.

Shipp Shuttles launched in 2017. Business struggled a bit during the pandemic, but were able to maintain and see massive increase after 2021.

Shipp Shuttles is a company based out of Memphis,  TN and they cover the entire Shelby County/metro area. Drivers for the company will drive up to 5 hours away from the home base, however they are open to negotiating all rides and opportunities. 

It depends on the availability of the drivers. There is a higher chance of not getting a driver if the ride isn't scheduled. Typically, Shipp Shuttles prefers scheduled appointments which allows drivers the opportunity to take care of customers scheduled ahead and time to clean and sanitize the vehicle if needed before the next pick-up, however it doesn't hurt to request a ride because someone may be available at that moment. 

Once the ride has been set with Shipp Shuttles, you will be offered  a set of options to pay. The options available are listed at the bottom of the request form on the home page. Payment should be made prior to the driver's arrival that day or sooner. Failure to do so may result in the driver not showing up.

Unfortunately, children under 16 are not allowed to travel alone.

Absolutely! Shipp Shuttles takes great pride in building relationships with their customers. In many cases customers feel like they are treated like family by their driver. At any point during the scheduling of a ride if you decide to check the availability of a certain driver, feel free to ask.
